Rehabilitation.
Christlike Inreach-Outreach Ministries (CIOM) helps men repair their lives by assisting with employment, family life and life skills. The main goal for each man coming through the ministry is to become productive members of society.

Housing.
Founded in 2001, CIOM provided housing and meals for homeless individuals with no other housing options.

Personal Growth.
The ministry can house up to 30 men and there has always been a waiting list. Each new resident does an intake program and specific goals are set for each man for 3 months, 6 months and one year. The program is designed to lstone year.

Continuing Education.
Residents develop responsibilities, whether they be mandated by probation requirements (curfew or absence of alcohol or illegal drug), or initiated by the ministry (daily chores, morning devotion services, nightly classes, and Sunday church services).

Employment Services.
All residents are encouraged to work toward the goal of being self sufficient and an obtaining employment. In preparation for this, the ministry instills a strong work ethic through training and instruction, as well as classes that teach interview techniques and life skills.

Food Services.
CIOM sponsors a community food giveaway once a month for local neighbors in need. All food is donated by other ministries, local stores and donations from graduates of the program.
